The 1992 Alaska Milkmen season was the 7th season of the franchise in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).
Transactions
- Selected Stevenson Solomon as the second overall pick in the 1992 PBA draft
- Choose Allen Sasan as number seventh pick in the first round, also drafted Ronnie Cahanding in the second round.
- Traded 1991 Rookie of the year Eugene Quilban to Pepsi for Gilbert "Jun" Reyes.
- Signed Bobby Jose, formerly of San Miguel Beer
- Released Nap Hatton and Peter Aguilar, who went to Pepsi Hotshots
Key Dates
- June 7: Paul Alvarez' tip-in with 3 seconds left lift Alaska to a 101-99 win over Seven-Up in the opening game of the PBA All-Filipino Conference.
- September 20: with Sean Chambers back, the defending champions nipped Ginebra San Miguel, 93-92, paraded by former best import awardee Jamie Waller, returning after four years, in the main game of the PBA Reinforced Conference opening double-header.
- October 15: handed Swift Mighty Meaty its first loss, after going 6-0, in a 115-102 victory as Alaska held down the prolific Tony Harris to a conference low 38 points, after making history five days earlier in Iloilo City by scoring 105 points.
